Order and Delivery

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Requesting a Return

Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Email and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Proof/evidence (if needed)

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items as soon as possible, with a photo or video of the item, so we can assist you quickly.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Return the item and place a new order. After your return is approved, you can purchase the desired item right away.

Refunds

After we inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically. Please note: your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Please ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Send returns via a trackable, insured service; we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.

  • Returns must be sent internationally, directly to our supplier in China.

  • Make sure your return is approved first—unapproved returns may not be processed.
