Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage or Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items as soon as possible, with a photo or video of the item, so we can assist you quickly.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? Return the original item and place a new order. After your return has been approved, you can immediately purchase the desired item.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically. Please note: your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.

Ensure all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Ensure all return shipments are sent via a trackable, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

Returns must be sent internationally, directly to our supplier in China.

Make sure your return is approved first — unapproved returns may not be processed.
